Terms & Conditions

Orders will normally be shipped the same or next business day unless specifically described otherwise or in times of absence noted on the home page of our websites. We ship primarily by Royal Mail postal service and all items are sent 1st class/airmail. Larger orders may be shipped by our couriers Interlink/Chronopost International. We reserve the right to use other carriers when appropriate.

Orders that are drop shipped, such as poker chip sets will be shipped by our international business partners under the same conditions as above unless noted otherwise in the item description. Note that all sample sets are mailed from the UK unless they are going to a US shipping address. Please note we cannot be responsible for any incoming customs duties that may occasionally be levied on customers for orders that are drop shipped from the US.

Whilst we cannot be responsible for the postal services reliability, we expect all orders shipped from the UK to be delivered domestically within 48 hours, approx 5 to 7 days for European destinations and 7 to 10 days for all other destinations. Orders drop shipped from the US are expected to be delivered in 7 to 10 days worldwide, except where noted in the item description (e.g. 'to order' items may take 14 to 21 days).

Returns Policy

Any orders received not as described will be replaced or fully refunded upon return of the original shipment.

In the event that your order is received as described but you are in any way unhappy with it, returns can be made within 21 days of the order being shipped by us, at your cost, for a full refund less our original cost of shipping to you. Please note that poker chip and plaque sets shipped direct from the warehouse will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 15% if orders are returned or cancelled and custom made orders cannot be returned unless not received as described.

Privacy Policy

We only ask you for the information we need to process your order. Absolutely none of your personal details are stored by us on a server anywhere. We do not pass on any of your details to anyone else whatsoever and our credit card processors do not pass any of your personal data to us.

Our email mailing lists are strictly operated on an opt-in basis and you will never be added to any mailing list unless you have specifically requested to be added. You can be removed from the mailing lists at any time by emailing us, responding to a mailing, or via the 'remove' box on the mailing list page.
