Frequently asked questions Q: Your shipping prices for the UK and Europe seem high for a UK based supplier. Why is that? A: All poker chip sets are shipped direct from the US warehouse, reducing shipping costs overall. The shipping charged is that actual cost only. It allows us to keep our chip prices comparable with other suppliers. Overall we are the cheapest supplier in Europe for any of the US (Paulson and Chipco) sets. ================================ Q: I want to buy a 300 chip set but I want odd quantities of denomination, e.g. 45 each of some chips. Some suppliers will only sell in fixed multiples of 25, 50 or 100. What can you supply? A: You may select any combination of denominations and quantities you like to make up a set. Simply indicate what you require in the 'notes' box on the shopping cart checkout, or by emailing us separately. ================================ Q: You don't specifically offer insurance on any products you sell. Can I pay the shipping insurance? A: All our orders are insured at our cost. That includes poker sets shipped internationally. |
