The prices below represent substantial discounts over non-member prices.  There is a fee of two chips for each design that is manufactured, to be provided upon delivery.  If necessary an additional two chips can be ordered.  Chipco is our preferred supplier.

For those club members that have ordered chips through Debra in the past, please note there is no overall increase in the price of custom chips, and that orders of more than 100 chips are in fact now cheaper than they were before.

Ordering procedure as follows:
            ·        If we do not know you, you will need to show proof you are a current member of the club.

            ·        You will need to tell us the quantity and type of chips you want, your shipping address and your method of payment.

            ·        A deposit of $50 per design towards artwork and setup must be paid before work commences.  This is non-refundable
                  if the design(s) is not completed, agreed and paid for in full within 3 months.

            ·        Once the artwork is agreed and signed by the customer the remaining balance in full is due before the chips are
                  manufactured.

            ·        Payment can be made by paypal, credit card, check or money order in US$ or GB£ funds.

            ·        All rights to designs are retained by the artist and may not be used without written permission.

            ·        We can not reproduce any copyrighted material or material you do not own the rights to.

            ·        Upon receipt, we will expect you to mail our 'fee' of 2 chips per design.

            ·        If you have any problems with the terms and conditions above please contact us BEFORE you place an order.

There are no artwork or set-up charges for re-orders.  If you are ordering Chipco Protech chips, please bear in mind they may request design changes because of issues such as colour bleeding.  You will see and approve any changes before they are re-submitted.
